29 Apr Trails Council Part of Popular Banff Mountain Film Fest
Top of Michigan Trails Council got a $2,500 boost from last Friday’s sold-out Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour at Harbor Springs’ Lyric Theater and Harbor Springs Performing Arts Center.

The annual festival is an international film competition and annual presentation of films and documentaries about mountain culture, sports, environment and adventure & exploration, held every fall in Banff, Alberta, Canada.
The Trails Council and Top of Michigan Mountain Bike Association were selected as Climbing Partners and both organizations enjoyed donations.
The event drew several local sponsors including Elder Piper Beer & Cider, Top Of Michigan Mountain Bike Association, Bearcub Outfitters, The Outfitter, Latitude 45 Bicycles and Fitness, Bahnhof Sport, The Highlands, Nub’s Nob Ski Area, Gurney’s Bottle Shop, High Gear Sports, Stiggs Brewery & Kitchen, Top of Michigan Trails Council, and Woody’s Adventure Gear.
The film festival will return to Harbor Springs next year.
