Trails Council Safety & Maintenance Director Bill Prall helped Bay View kids stay safe on their bikes recently. As part of the Sam Spayde Hot Dog Roast in Bay View on June 15, Bill inspected a number of kids bikes and offered the young riders some safety tips, all aimed at helping them stay safe for a summer of fun riding on the trails.
