Jim Radabaugh, retired State Trails Coordinator from the DNR, receives a plaque honoring him as a “Trail Champion” during the Grand Opening of the North Western State Trail on September 16, 2016.

Jim’s hard work during his 20+ years with the DNR helped Michigan become the “Trail State.”
